it would be advisable to send us a special partnership request. MC2d
may ban the distribution of any advertising material liable to cause
dispute and confiscate it for the duration of the event. Advertising
material and presentations using visual, audio or mobile aids are
tolerated provided that they do not interfere with the other
exhibitors' activity and with the broadcasting of messages in the
exhibition hall. MC2d will have the right to call any offender to
order. It is necessary to ask the relevant department (SACEM) for
authorisation to use reproductions of musical works.
- 15.CUSTOMS
- Each
exhibitor is responsible for fulfilling the customs formalities for
equipment and products imported from overseas. The organiser cannot be
held responsible for any problems that may arise during the fulfilment
of these formalities or for the consequences of any omission with
respect thereto.
- 16. INSURANCE
- A) Third Party Insurance Certificates for Exhibitors
In addition to the standard terms, Third Party Insurance Certificates
for Exhibitors (issued by an Insurance company and not by Agents or
Brokers acting as intermediaries) will have to include: - the name and address of the Insurance company's head office
- the name and address of the Insured
- the number of the insurance policy and the period of insurance
- the type of activity covered, including participation in this Exhibition in the Principality of Monaco.
- the insurance company's limit of coverage under this policy, all damage taken into account.
- the insurance company's official stamp and signature as well as the date on which the certificate was issued.
B) Insurance Clauses
Exhibitors must send their Third Party Insurance Certificate(s) to MC2d by Tuesday 15th March 2009 at the latest.
Exhibitors are released from having to insure themselves against
liability for fire, explosion and water damage for which they could be
liable towards the Owner of the buildings as well as the Grimaldi
Forum's development company.
In return, the exhibitors waive all claims against the Event Organiser
as well as against the Owner of the buildings, the Grimaldi Forum's
development company and their Insurers in the event that their property
is damaged in any way. Should the exhibitor take out an insurance
policy to cover damage to his property, he undertakes to show the
above-mentioned clause to his Insurance company who will also have to
waive all claims and have this clause mentioned in the policy. As the
risk of the Event being cancelled, for reasons beyond the Organiser's
control, is not covered by the latter, it is up to any exhibitor who so
wishes to take out insurance covering this risk with an insurance
company of his choice.

information should be given to the organisers before 1st March 2009.
